“Santino and Rach have been outstanding, in every way - professional, responsive, open communication the whole way through and they both really care. It’s very rare to find people who genuinely care about you as a client, and they most certainly had our interest first. We got an incredible deal and the savings each year is going to help us a lot.

Rachael Campbell, Victoria

Great service. Clear, honest and covered multiple scenarios for us so we could make the best decision. I would recommend talking to Santino should you require financial service(with a smile)”

Warwick H, Victoria

“Santino and Rachael have assisted me a couple of times with refinance which resulted in lower rates and higher limits. Throughout the process they communicated very well and kept me informed in a timely manner, which made the process much less stressful. I highly recommend working with them - i certainly will in the future!”

FAQ's

What does a mortgage broker do?

A mortgage broker (like me) acts as the middleman between you and the lenders/banks. We work for you but get paid by the lender or bank of your choosing. That means they help you choose the right loan to suit your needs at no cost to you.

Does it cost to use a mortgage broker?

In almost all scenarios you are not required to pay a fee for our services. Instead, we’re paid a commission by the lender you choose through.

How does a mortgage broker differ from a bank loan officer?

We work with multiple lenders to find the best loan for you, while a bank loan officer typically offers only the loan products available from their specific bank. A bank will never tell you the bank down the road has a better deal.
